I am a Senior Product Designer in New York.

Most recently I was Senior Product Designer, UX Employee Collaboration, at Bloomberg L.P., May 2023 to August 2026. I owned the Bloomberg CRM product area. Enterprise Intelligence is the project that put spend, pipeline, products, description, and meetings on one firm page. Org Chart and tech stack are sections of that product. I led research, information architecture, specs, and delivery with Product and Engineering. I used metrics, OKRs, and leading and lagging indicators to prioritize. I do not invent those numbers here.

Before that I was Product Design Lead, Technology & Digital Co-Creative Problem Solving, at McKinsey & Company, March 2022 to March 2023. Sole product designer on the firm's custom PowerPoint platform for client communications.

UX Design Lead, Digital Wealth Management, JPMorgan Chase & Co. / IHS Markit, September 2016 to November 2020. Early designer on the team that supported the 2018 launch of You Invest. Quotes is a module in that work: a slide-in quote with last price, chart, and Overview. I also led the design system for Chase digital investment products.
